200 Double Unders

150 Push Ups
100 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
400 Double Unders

Nothing fancy today.  Just the rules and you trying to break them…

  • First person does work for 20 seconds and rests for 10 seconds (but actually 40 seconds)
  • Second person works for 20 seconds and rests for 10 seconds (during the 40 seconds of rest of the first person)
  • Double the Double Unders for the L2 and you cannot complain about this

That last rule is important,
